I am an experienced personal trainer and coach specialising in female pelvic health and strength training. I help clients who are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, to improve those symptoms and get back to the exercise they love. Working at the interface of pelvic health and strength training means that many of my clients may also be going through some of life's biggest transitions, such as pregnancy, birth recovery or perimenopause. I combine education, coaching and personalised programming to help clients feel stronger and more confident. I'm based in Leamington Spa and work face to face with local clients as well as online with clients from all over the UK and Europe.

We are a Leamington Spa town centre based gym. Our facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. An in-house cafe offers a selection of food and beverages, including a great range of smoothies.Within the premises you will also find a physio and beautician should you wish to book a treatment.
The facilities underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2020 and we introduced the latest Technogym equipment since then.We aim to be more than just a gym.
