What is the duration of a typical 1:1 Coaching Programme?

The typical duration of our 1:1 Coaching Programme is 8 weeks. This can be completed weekly, fortnightly or whenever your schedule allows.

Where is Stealthy Healthy located?

Stealthy Healthy is located in Leamington Spa, United Kingdom. Sessions can take place within my home or in a local coffee shop, online via Zoom, or wherever you feel most comfortable. For example - If you are very busy and have a dog that needs walking, we can combine a session with a walk, if that works better for your schedule.

 

Do you provide custom nutrition plans?

No, with my support, I prefer to empower you to build your own meals based around good food choices.  This will lead to long term improvements for you and your family. I can offer advice on ingredients and food swops to complement your current lifestyle.  I can also make suggestions on specific ingredients for improvements in areas such as inflammation. The members area of my website provides  recipe cards for foods which will support your individual journey e.g high protein, low carb bread. 

 

Can I get advice for specific symptoms such as bloating and IBS?

After a formal diagnoses by your GP, Yes. It is vital that a GP has been consulted first to rule out any other causes of the symptoms. I completed the training at Monarch University on the phases of the FODMAP diet. A FODMAP diet is a short elimination diet designed to identify dietary triggers for IBS symptoms such as bloating and digestive discomfort.

Yes, I offer online consultations for your convenience.

 

What should I expect during a Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation?

During a consultation, you will receive education and advice based on scientific research to enhance your nutrition and lifestyle. We will cover a variety of topic areas including how the body functions, processes food and responds to the external environment and lifestyle practises.  This will highlight areas within your own life that could be tweaked for significant improvements.

My approach is grounded in scientific research, ensuring reliable and effective nutrition and lifestyle advice in an easy to understand format. My advice is tailored to your specific circumstances. I base my advice on improving the health of the body as a whole.  This will then help towards healing any area of concern be it inflammation, pain, bloating, menopause symptoms  or weight management issues.

 

Can you help me to diagnose issues behind my symptoms?

No, it is important that a client first visits their GP should they be experiencing specific symptoms that they want to address. Once you have been diagnosed or given the all clear then I can work with you to manage and improve symptoms based on lifestyle and nutrition changes.

 

How is scientific research integrated into your services?

I base all my advice  on the latest scientific research, ensuring you receive accurate and effective guidance.
