As a client you will have full access to my online library of fact sheets covering all aspects which we have covered during our sessions.  You will also have access to my book reviews and podcasts that I recommend. My recipe cards will also give you inspiration on certain foods to cook to support your journey to a healthier you. I am available throughout your course by email and WhatsApp between the hours of 11am-3pm to answer any questions or offer whatever you support you need.
